Prevention & Health Promotion Specialist
Midlife Women's Health Expert
Perry Brubaker began her career as a physical therapist then went on to become a prevention & health promotion specialist, focusing on midlife women's health and the hormonal transition. She was 37 years old and an avid runner when her husband very lovingly told her she was “the sickest, healthiest person” he knew, and begged her to find someone who could help her stop getting sick, sleep better, and have more energy. She found no one could explain what was going on but all had a toolbox full of medical treatments and supplements for her to try. Leaning on her training in research, physiology, and health promotion she developed solutions to help her manage what she discovered were perimenopause symptoms. She then committed to sharing what she learned through her own experience with any woman who felt lost and needed help.Perry is now 50, an avid and blissful walker, and sometimes mildly disgruntled jogger. She feels empowered to make health decisions that fit her physiology and no longer feels vulnerable to “what is going on?!” She uses her knowledge and expertise as a woman, wife, mother, and health and wellbeing professional to guide women toward their best health.
